Community Guidelines

Effective Date: 1 April 2026

The Platform is intended to enhance support within the military community in a manner consistent with the KMFRC's values of Trust, Quality, Integrity, Respect, and Empowerment, as well as its Guiding Principles of kindness, collaboration, privacy, mindfulness, safety, responsible supervision, and care.

These Guidelines supplement the Terms of Use.

1. Accuracy and Representation

Users must ensure that all information posted is accurate and not misleading.

Users must not:

• Misrepresent qualifications, certifications, or affiliations;
• Impersonate another person;
• Post false or deceptive claims.

2. Respectful Conduct

Users must communicate respectfully and professionally.

The Platform may not be used to post content that is:

• Harassing or threatening;
• Discriminatory;
• Offensive or abusive.

3. Lawful and Responsible Use

Users are responsible for ensuring that services comply with applicable laws and regulations.

The Platform may not be used for:

• Illegal activities;
• Fraudulent practices;
• Completing sales transactions or processing payments.

4. Privacy and Safety

Users should exercise caution when sharing personal information.

KMFRC does not supervise interactions or verify provider suitability.

Users engaging services involving vulnerable sectors such as children and elders, or private homes are responsible for conducting appropriate due diligence.

5. Enforcement

The KMFRC may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Guidelines or the Terms of Use.
